1. Service nature

riftcodex.app is a free, unofficial fan project designed to support the Riftbound community, with no Riot Games affiliation.

2. No guarantee of absolute accuracy

Card data and metadata may come from third-party sources (including the Riftcodex API) and may contain delays, inconsistencies, or inaccuracies.

3. Prohibition of automated scraping

Bots, aggressive scraping, unauthorized crawling, or any automation that harms service availability is prohibited.

4. Intellectual property

The original site code and content belong to the riftcodex.app developer. Riftbound game data, trademarks, and related assets belong to Riot Games.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties of continuous availability, full accuracy, or fitness for a specific purpose.

6. Disclaimer for user decisions

riftcodex.app is not responsible for competitive, commercial, or any other decisions made based on site information.

7. Third-party advertising

The site may display third-party advertisements, which are subject to the providers' own privacy and usage policies.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, including LGPD. The court of Sao Paulo/SP is elected as the competent venue, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Effective date

These terms take effect on March 28, 2026.
